Childminding Week is back in 2026 and we’ve got more plans than ever before to make sure this will be the biggest Childminding Week yet!

Magic of Childminding

 Following the huge success of our current awareness campaign, we’re using the theme #MagicofChildminding to highlight how childminders play such a unique and important part of the early years sector, why they are vital to the children and families they support, and to share how the magic of their setting and practice changes a child’s life.

Whether you want to get involved on socials, celebrate the best of childminding, take part in a stay and play or come to our report launch, there’s an event or activity for everyone during #ChildmindingWeek26

Regional Childminder Awards 2026

‘Magic of Childminding’ report

Coram PACEY has launched ‘The Magic of Childminding’, the largest report of its kind bringing together the real-life experiences, impact and voices of childminders, parents, children and sector experts to that demonstrate the magic of childminding in action across England and Wales.

Local authorities

We are thankful for the work local authorities have been doing to support childminders and our recent work together on the #MagicofChildminding campaign. We are encouraging every local authority to put on their own events and want to hear from you so that we can shout about it.
