Applications for the Coram PACEY Home-Based Childcare Awards 2026 open today (Friday 2 October), giving childminders, nannies and all home-based childcare professionals the opportunity to gain recognition for their outstanding contributions to children, families and communities.

With 10 award categories in 2026, there are more opportunities than ever to recognise the achievements, passion and commitment of individuals working across the sector. The awards continue to grow year on year, reflecting the vital role home-based childcare plays in supporting children to thrive and helping families access high-quality, trusted childcare.
New categories for 2026
Alongside popular awards such as Childminding Assistant of the Year and Nanny of the Year, this year’s programme introduces several new categories designed to showcase the breadth of talent and expertise within home-based childcare:

Applications for the Home-Based Childcare Awards 2026 open at 12.00am on Friday 2 October. Applications will close at 11.59pm on Sunday 15 November 2026.
